New build mixed use development on a WWII bomb site on Curtain Road comprising 600m2 retail unit in basement and ground floors and 18 live/work units over.
The insitu reinforced concrete frame supports precast floors that were left exposed in the final construction.
The facade was white glazed brick faced precast units fabricated off site and erected in a few days.
